Buying a Property

An initial release of 12 properties is currently available at prices starting from 200,000 euros.  The purchase amount is payable in three instalments as follows: an initial instalment of 25% at the time of reservation; a further instalment of 50% at the start of building; and a final payment of 25% on property completion.

Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate will oversee construction to ensure that this meets with required standards and is completed within a nine-month schedule as stated in the building contract (subject to timely receipt of all payment instalments).  We should be pleased to provide full details of property designs, specifications and prices, and to show you around a finished property if you are able to make a personal visit to the estate.

The purchase of a golf course property entitles the purchaser to membership of the golf club and home owners association, and unrestricted access to all estate and club facilities.  The Agreement for Sale sets out a series of covenants that are intended to ensure the peace and tranquillity of the estate and compliance with the approved residential designs.
