This single storey H-plan four-bedroom house has been designed as a lock-up-and-go holiday home for fractional ownership by a group of friends who are golfing and wildlife enthusiasts. While the four bedroom suites are fully-appointed, the house’s proportions are compact and the layout efficient.

From the entrance gate flanked by the car and golfcart ports, one enters a secure, freeform-walled courtyard garden with an entertainment area comprising a pool and firepit and, under the curvilinear pergola outside the open-plan living area comprising dining room, lounge and kitchen, a wide barbeque deck.

A free-standing S-shaped wall adjacent to the pool hides an outdoor shower and a staff toilet, and serves to screen the kitchen yard.
